Cancellation Policy

I appreciate that unexpected circumstances sometimes occur, and this may occasionally lead to the need to cancel appointments.

At the time of booking your appointment, you will be provided with a link to pay for the service ahead of the appointment. This is to ensure that time has been specifically reserved for your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the following will apply:

• Cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice = full refund or rescheduling of appointment for convenient time
• Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice = 50% refund

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care. This policy enables me to have as many available appointments for my clients as I can. 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and have not notified me that you will be late, it is considered a no-show. However, if you are late and I am still able to see you, I may not be able to give you the full treatment booked but you will still be liable to pay the balance in full.

All new clients are required to sign the cancellations policy prior to their first treatment.
